REFUND POLICY

As this product is a pre-order, refunds, credits and the like will not be offered. This will be considered a one-way sale due to the natural of product as stated. Additionally, the handling, re-packaging and weight of the product would be time consuming and costly and would be net-negative for the customer as well as for Pallet Design Works™. Therefor all sales are final, no exceptions.
